Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All paid orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the time the order is verified by one of our team members. Orders are not processed or shipped M-F after 4pm, Saturdays, Sundays, and all US federal holidays.
If we are experiencing high volumes of orders, processing times and shipment dates may be delayed further than the time allotted above. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, please reach out to us with your name, email address, and order # and we will be sure to look further into the delay.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Priority Shipping is offered at the time of checkout.
Priority shipping should arrive 1-3 business days from the date your parcel is received by the courier.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking # should be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Bristol County Cultivars is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
Bristol County Cultivars is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by our courier. If we cannot validate the shipping address, we will contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot validate the shipping address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
Bristol County Cultivars will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you did not receive your order, but the shipping courier has reported that it was delivered, we will not replace your order.
International Shipping Policy
We do not ship internationally.
